Role: Packaging, Graphic and Visual designer
I planned to use a modular organizational system with a neutral palette so that the design would not rule out the user's content, such as plans, schedules, and notes.
Beatrice Ward, author of The Crystal Goblet, Sixteen Essays on Typography, Cleveland, 1956, states that type should "reveal rather than... hide the beautiful thing which it was meant to contain."

I did some research to find current design trends. Then I designed a system that I could reuse on the rest of the modules as I built the typographic assets
Application

After setting up the typographic system, I designed a day planner page that would complement the typography's style.

With the module constructed, it was time to place it on a page and apply the same system to the rest of the planner.
Conclusion

I was able to come up with a scaleable, cohesive typographic system that could be applied to a practical, everyday item.
